The premier one-stop rectification service across Australia
One-stop facade and surface rectification, prequalified and documented — the details your tender file needs, in one place.
Overview
One-stop rectification, prequalified
M&M Services Group is a specialist rectification and finishing services group working across Australia, led from Sydney and Melbourne with coverage into Queensland and South Australia. The business grew out of M&M Spray Painting, a small facade and French-polishing team, drawing on more than 25 years in the trade, and now runs to more than 90 skilled staff — tradespeople, project managers and engineers — working with builders and facade companies. For a prequalification team, that means the visible surfaces and building envelope — the part of the works most exposed at handover — can sit under one contract with one accountable point of contact, rather than being split across five or more separate trades near practical completion.
The scope carried under that single contract covers the full finishing and defect list: facade rectification across powdercoat, anodised and steel panels; facade prelaunch and commissioning; facade cleaning; structural steel and architectural coatings applied by electrostatic, spray and airless methods; glass scratch and hard-water restoration; stainless polishing of handrails and lift doors; silicone and caulking to small and large expansion joints; French polishing of joinery, floorboards, stone and tiles; and broader surface restoration and protection. Coatings are applied to the engineering specification and the relevant Australian Standards.
Scale is the reason the defect list does not push your date. With 90+ staff working day and night shifts, and the ability to surge labour at any point in the programme, we can hold a close-out date when the register grows late in the job. Delivery is trained to the project — rectifications and installations are carried out by project-specific trained trades working under quality-control managers on approved methodologies, with the colour match achieved on your product on site before any mass application.
Every scope is backed by the same documentation. Inspection and test plans, live project records and time-stamped images of the work are kept on OneDrive and available to your team at any time. That record does two things for a builder: it evidences quality against the ITP for progress claims and sign-off, and it gives a complete, traceable account of the condition of installed finishes at each stage — a clean handover record built as the job runs.
The working method is to restore in place rather than replace. A scratched lift door, a marked panel, hard-water-stained glass or water-damaged joinery is refinished on site — in enclosed-area polyurethane and acrylic systems, with a spray booth and workshop behind the field crews — so you are comparing the cost to close the defect against a full reorder and its lead time, not against a day rate. It keeps completed work in place and the programme moving.
For where those crews are on the ground, see the areas we service across Australia.

Why prequalify us
Why M&M
One accountable team for the whole finishing scope
Most builders carry five separate trades across the finishing and defect list — coatings, glass, stainless and metal, sealant and caulking, joinery. M&M brings all of it under one subcontract, with one project manager and one point of accountability at handover. That means fewer purchase orders, no gaps between trades to argue over, and a single crew closing the defect register instead of the site team chasing subcontractors it does not control.
Documentation as standard quality assurance
Every rectification is recorded with inspection and test plans, live project records and time-stamped images, held on OneDrive with client access. Because the condition of the work is captured as it proceeds, you have a complete, traceable record of each stage. The same record feeds directly into handover-quality declarations and quality-assurance reviews, so the paperwork is built as the job runs rather than reconstructed afterwards.
Restore in place, not rip out and replace
M&M's default is to repair and refinish the existing element — facade panels, stone, glass, metal, joinery — rather than reorder and replace it. Refinishing a damaged anodised or powdercoat panel on site avoids the cost of a replacement panel, the lead time to reorder, and the programme slippage that comes with it. The comparison that matters is the total cost to close the defect, not the day rate, and restoring in place is where that cost is contained.
Surge labour and day and night shifts
With 90+ trained staff across live jobs, M&M scales from a single-room touch-up to a full-tower package, works day and night shifts, and surges labour into compressed handover windows. A spray booth and workshop support that capacity off site. When the programme tightens near practical completion, the crew size and shift pattern flex to the date.
On-site colour match before mass application
Colours are matched on site and signed off before any large-scale application, so what goes on the wall, panel or joinery is confirmed against the surrounding finish first. This removes the risk of committing a whole area to the wrong tone, keeps the finish consistent across repaired and original surfaces, and supports the restore-in-place approach — you are refinishing to match rather than replacing to escape a mismatch.
Project-specific trained trades under QC managers
Rather than a general labour pool, M&M fields trades trained for the specific project and working to approved methodologies under quality-control managers, alongside on-site safety and environmental compliance. Structural steel and facade coatings are delivered to engineering specification and Australian Standards. The result is finishing work that turns up onsite-ready and is supervised to a defined method, which is what a demanding facade or high-end handover requires.
Procurement
Procurement and prequalification: what M&M brings to your vendor list
M&M Services Group delivers specialist facade and surface rectification services built to sit inside a tier-1 or tier-2 head contract. We are set up to move quickly through a builder's or facade company's prequalification and onboarding process, and to carry the finishing and defect scope under one contract rather than five. The detail your procurement, commercial and quality teams ask for is ready to provide on request. Trading as M&M Services Group Pty Ltd (ABN 87 634 284 432), based in Sydney and Melbourne and operating across Australia, with 90+ staff drawn from a business with 25+ years in the building industry (formerly M&M Spray Painting).
Prequalification details on request
Company details, ABN, capability statement and project history are prepared for your prequalification portal (EstimateOne, Felix, iPRO, Avetta or your own vendor system) or your standard vendor form. We complete the paperwork once and keep it current, so procurement can add us to the approved vendor list without chasing outstanding items.
Insurances provided on request
Current certificates of currency are available on request and issued directly to your commercial team for the project record. We provide them in the format your onboarding process needs, named and dated for your file.
Safety and environmental system available for review
We work to project-specific approved methodologies under QC managers, with onsite safety and environmental compliance built into how each package runs. SWMS, our safety documentation and environmental controls are available for review during prequalification and tailored to the site's requirements before we mobilise.
One subcontract, one point of accountability
Instead of engaging and coordinating separate trades for coatings, glass and stainless polishing, caulking, French polishing, surface repair and facade commissioning, you raise one subcontract with one project manager and one bundled scope. Fewer purchase orders, one insurer and safety file to check, and a single accountable party at handover.
ITP-driven QA and an audit-ready record
Every package runs to an inspection and test plan. Work is captured with live project records and time-stamped images, shared through OneDrive for viewing at any time, with onsite colour match signed off before mass application. The result is a complete, traceable record that feeds straight into your handover and compliance file.
Resourced to hold your programme
90+ staff across Sydney and Melbourne, day and night shifts, and the ability to surge labour at any point in the programme, backed by a spray booth and workshop. Project-specific trained trades under QC managers mean the crew on your job is briefed to your standards, not a generic labour pool.

Compliance
Compliance & accreditation
The insurances a head contractor expects of a specialist finishing team are evidenced by current certificates of currency, provided on request and included in the capability statement supplied for prequalification. We do not publish cover figures here; the certificates themselves carry the current values and expiry dates for your records.
Work is delivered under a documented safety system. Safe work method statements are prepared for the activities and access methods on each job, and site-specific safety documentation is issued to suit the principal contractor's requirements. The safety system, SWMS and supporting procedures are available for review on request as part of prequalification.
The ABN (87 634 284 432), any applicable licence details and the business's prequalification details are provided on request or through the capability statement, and we can complete a builder's prequalification or contractor-management onboarding as required. Rather than list accreditations on a web page, we supply the current documents directly to your prequalification team so your tender file holds verified, in-date records.
Capability statement
2026 portfolio & capability statement
Download the capability statement to drop a single, current document into your tender file. It sets out the legal entity and ABN, the full multi-trade scope carried under one contract, the project experience behind each trade, and the documentation, safety and insurance position — the items a prequalification team has to verify before a company is approved. Because insurances, SWMS and licences change and expire, the statement is the version we keep current, so your file holds in-date records from one source rather than figures transcribed from a web page.
