Commercial & Office Towers

Premium office towers are where handover standards are least forgiving — and where our core scope of facade rectification, surface restoration and industrial coatings has been delivered repeatedly across the Sydney CBD. The work spans anodised aluminium rectification and combined surface-restoration-plus-coatings packages, delivered as one coordinated team rather than a chain of single trades.

Also delivered on

  • 55 Pitt Street
  • Atlassian (Central Place Sydney)
  • 111 Castlereagh
  • 88 O'Connell
  • Salesforce Tower
  • Quay Quarter Tower
  • Wynyard Place
  • 2 Blue St North Sydney
  • 555 Collins St Melbourne
  • Parramatta Square
  • Civic Place Liverpool

Residential High-Rise

Residential towers put every finish under an owner's eye at settlement — and our widest multi-trade bundles sit here: facade rectification and commissioning, silicone rectification, French polishing, glass polishing and stainless-steel polishing on a single project. This is the one-coordinated-team-through-to-handover model the company was built around.

Also delivered on

  • Greenland Centre

Hotels & Hospitality

Hotel handovers combine architectural finishes, glass and back-of-house metalwork at scale. Our documented hotel scope reflects that mix: surface restoration, industrial and architectural coatings, and glass polishing — capability built over 25+ years of finishing and restoration work on hotels and high-end residential projects.

Also delivered on

  • A by Adina Hotels
  • Crown Towers Sydney

Aviation & Transport

Transport infrastructure is unforgiving on programme and specification. Our aviation and metro scope covers facade rectification, steel spray painting to engineering specification, and silicone and expansion-joint work — including silicone joints around glass balustrades at Western Sydney Airport and silicone services across Sydney Metro stations.

Also delivered on

  • Pitt St South Metro
  • Pitt St North Metro
  • Victoria Cross

Health & Education

Our portfolio includes completed works at hospital and education projects across NSW and Victoria. In this sector we deliver the same finishing and rectification capability we bring to every project — rectification, coatings, surface restoration and silicone — documented through ITPs, live project records and time-stamped images at every stage.

Also delivered on

  • Randwick Hospital
  • Frankston Hospital
  • Meadowbank Education

Retail & Mixed-Use

Precinct and mixed-use projects need finishing trades that work across facade, joinery and sealants in one package — the scope we delivered at Sydney Fish Market (facade rectification) and Surry Hills Village (facade rectification, French polishing and silicone).

Also delivered on

  • Harbourside
  • Parramatta Powerhouse
How these case studies are documented

The case studies are organised by industry — Commercial and Office Towers, Residential High-Rise, Hotels and Hospitality, Aviation and Transport, Retail and Mixed-Use, and Health and Education — because the finishing standard, the trades in play and the pressure at practical completion differ from one sector to the next. Within each industry we list the projects with documented scope, followed by other projects we have delivered on where the site name is on record but the per-project detail is not published here.

Each case study documents the scope we were actually engaged to deliver — the finishing, rectification, coating and sealing trades named against that project — and describes how that work is carried out in general. We do not attach outcome figures, timeframes or crew numbers to any project, because that detail is not documented for publication and we will not estimate it.

We also do not name the head contractor or developer on these projects. Those relationships are commercial, and the names stay off the page until the party involved confirms they are happy to be named. Where a client is willing to be identified and to share an outcome, we will add it. Until then, what you see is the honest, verifiable scope, and nothing beyond it.
