Facade & surface rectificationOne team. Every finish. Documented at handover.

We restore a building's surfaces and envelope — facade, glass, stainless, stone, timber and sealant joints — under one contract, colour-matched on site and documented at every step.

One team

The whole visible finish, under one contract

Near practical completion, a building's finishing scope usually fractures into a handful of separate trades — one subcontractor for facade coatings, another for glass, another for stainless, a caulker, a joinery polisher. Each carries its own mobilisation, paperwork and programme, and stitching them together lands on the builder. That coordination gap — and the defects it leaves open at handover — is what M&M was built to close.

M&M Services Group runs the whole visible finish under a single contract. Over 25 years in the trade, we have grown from a small facade and French-polishing team into 90+ skilled staff across Australia, led from Sydney and Melbourne with coverage into Queensland and South Australia. We now restore facades, glass, stainless, stone, timber joinery and sealant joints — and commission facade components — as one coordinated scope for builders and facade companies. One project manager owns it, one set of records covers it, and the defect register closes without a chase across five subcontractors. Day and night shifts, a spray booth and workshop, and labour we can surge at any point mean the crew scales to the programme.

The work is documented as it happens: inspection and test plan (ITP) records, live project documentation and time-stamped images, available to you on OneDrive. Colours are matched on your product before any mass application, and project-specific trained trades work under quality-control managers to approved methodologies. Where a finish can be restored in place rather than replaced, we restore it — holding your programme and keeping replacement panels and reorders off the critical path. One team, accountable for the whole finish, from preparation through to a clean handover.

What we do

The finishing and defect scope, with one specialist team

Instead of coordinating separate trades near handover, builders and facade companies engage one specialist team for the whole finishing and defect list — facade rectification and commissioning, rope access and BMU facade works, coatings, glass and metal polishing, caulking, French polishing, surface repair and protection.

Restore, don't replace

Refinished in place.
Not ripped out and replaced.

Scratched glazing, marred stainless, damaged coatings and failed sealant joints — colour-matched on site and restored, so you compare the cost to close the defect, not the day rate for a replacement.

Why builders choose us

Certainty at handover, evidenced.

Schedule certainty on a tight handover

More than 90 skilled staff working day and night shifts, backed by a spray booth and workshop, with labour we can surge at any point in the programme. When the defect list grows late in the build, we scale the crew to meet it rather than letting it push your handover date — one team mobilising fast instead of five trades each waiting on the others.

A complete, traceable quality record

Every rectification is captured with time-stamped images, ITP records and live project documentation, shared with you on OneDrive. Condition is recorded before, during and after each stage, so you hold a complete, traceable account of the finish and a handover file that stands up when your compliance declaration and quality evidence are reviewed.

One accountable contract, not five subcontractors

Engage M&M once and the finishing scope is covered together — coatings, glass and metal polishing, caulking, French polishing, surface and floor repair, and facade commissioning. One project manager, one bundled scope and one point of accountability at handover, so dozens of defect line-items close without you coordinating five separate trades, each with its own mobilisation, insurance and paperwork.

Restore, don't replace

Wherever a finish can be brought back in place, we restore it rather than replace it. Colours are matched on your product before any mass application, and damaged glass, metal, stone and joinery are refinished on site — so you avoid replacement panels, reorders and the programme delay they bring. Compare the total cost to close the defect, not the day rate.
