We are a specialist finishing and rectification services group. We get a building's visible surfaces and envelope over the line at practical completion, and keep them right through the defects liability period. That covers facade rectification and commissioning, structural steel and architectural coatings, stainless steel and glass polishing, silicone and caulking, French polishing and joinery repair, stone, tile and floorboard rectification, and temporary protection of finished installations. We work beneath the head contractor and the facade installer as the finishing trade, not as a head-contract remedial builder.

Instead of raising and coordinating five or six separate finishing trades near handover, you engage M&M once. One subcontract covers coatings, polishing (steel and glass), caulking, French polishing, surface and floor repair, and facade commissioning. That means one project manager, one insurance and safety profile, one documentation set and one point of accountability at handover, rather than a chase across multiple subcontractors with their own mobilisations and programmes. We grew this bundle out of 25-plus years in the trade, starting as a small facade and French-polishing team (formerly M&M Spray Painting) and adding tradespeople, project managers and engineers to close the coordination gaps builders hit at completion.

Our core delivery is Greater Sydney and Greater Melbourne, run from our Sydney base, with crews also working in Queensland. We field 90-plus skilled staff across live projects and can mobilise across Australia to where a builder or facade company we already work with needs us. Every rectification is captured with time-stamped photographs, ITP documents and live project records, shared through OneDrive so your team can view them at any time. On-site colour matching is achieved onto your product and signed off before any mass application. Work is delivered by project-specific trained trades under QC managers on approved methodologies. The result is a handover file that stands up to audit — a complete, traceable record of the work.

Our time-stamped photo and ITP trail records the condition of each item as the work proceeds, giving you a complete, traceable account for the handover file. Because it captures the condition of adjacent work before and after each stage, it also supports recovering costs where damage is caused by other trades. It is standard construction quality practice, and we build the record as we go so it is there when you need it.

Yes. We run day and night shifts and can increase labour on a package as the programme demands, backed by our own spray booth and workshop. That lets you compress a handover window or clear a growing defect register without pulling your own site team off the next job. We will scope the crew to the work in front of us; we do not quote a headcount we cannot field.

Most engagements start with us getting onto your approved subcontractor list, then being invited to price a facade, finishing or rectification package. From there we can walk the defect list or a sample panel on site with your team, scope the work, and submit a quote against your programme. We hold the trade insurances and compliance documentation a head contractor expects of a specialist finishing team, and we complete standard prequalification and vendor onboarding. Our current insurance certificates, compliance records and prequalification details are available on request so your commercial team can verify them directly and add us to your approved-vendor system.

Our approach is to restore in place wherever the finish allows. On facades we refinish powdercoat, anodised and steel panels using enclosed-area polyurethane and acrylic systems rather than spray-can touch-ups, colour-matched on site first. On glass we remove hard-water staining and scratches; on stainless, chrome, stone, tile and joinery we rectify rather than rip out completed work. That keeps the original item, avoids reorder lead times, and is usually far cheaper than a replacement claim. Where an item genuinely cannot be restored to standard, we will tell you plainly. The point is to compare the total cost to close the defect, not the day rate.

Structural steel and coatings work is applied to the engineering specification and to Australian Standards, using appropriate protective coating systems for the substrate. We work to your project specification and methodology, under QC managers, with the ITP record to show it was delivered as specified.
