Facade rectification in Kensington

We repair damaged facade panels in place, so your programme keeps moving without a replacement order.

Eastern Suburbs

One team carries this work from start to finish

M&M Services Group offers facade rectification for projects in Kensington. Panels damaged in transport, installation or by other trades are remediated in place — powdercoat, anodised and steel substrates refinished with enclosed-area polyurethane and acrylic systems, colour-matched on site before any mass application. The result is a matched finish, and the replacement reorder and its lead time come off your programme.

One team carries the scope from inspection to close-out. Every panel is recorded under ITP documentation with time-stamped photographs, accessible to your project team on OneDrive at any time. With 90+ staff working day and night shifts, labour can surge to hold a completion date — whether the defect list covers one elevation or the whole envelope.

The local market

Working in Kensington

Kensington is defined by UNSW's main campus, which runs a rolling capital works programme across teaching, research and student accommodation buildings. The L3 light rail line along Anzac Parade has catalysed the Kensington-to-Kingsford corridor strategy, bringing mid-rise mixed-use development to the high street, while Randwick Racecourse borders the suburb's east. Education-sector projects dominate the local construction profile.

Our Sydney crews also work in Kingsford, Randwick, Moore Park, Zetland, Eastlakes and the rest of the Eastern Suburbs.

Questions

What builders ask us

Yes — facade rectification is available across Kensington and throughout the region. Our crews are based at Riverstone and work across Greater Sydney daily, so mobilising to a site in Kensington is routine. We rectify powdercoat, anodised and steel substrates in place, so damaged panels stay on the building rather than joining a reorder queue.

Either. We regularly price facade rectification through formal tenders and RFQs issued by builders and facade companies, and we also take direct enquiries from contract administrators mid-project. Send the scope, drawings or defect list and we will return a priced response with staging and access assumptions for your assessment.

Every panel is inspected and recorded under ITP documentation, with time-stamped photographs of its condition before and after rectification. The full record sits on OneDrive where your team can review it throughout the works — quality evidence ready for handover, and a traceable record if damage was caused by another trade.

Yes. Our 90+ staff work day and night shifts, and labour can be increased at short notice to hold a completion date. For occupied or access-constrained sites in Kensington we plan the sequence around your site hours, crane and hoist availability, and the trades working alongside us.
