Facade rectification in South Yarra

We repair damaged facade panels in place, so your programme keeps moving without a replacement order.

Inner Melbourne

One team carries this work from start to finish

M&M Services Group offers facade rectification for projects in South Yarra. Panels damaged in transport, installation or by other trades are remediated in place — powdercoat, anodised and steel substrates refinished with enclosed-area polyurethane and acrylic systems, colour-matched on site before any mass application. The result is a matched finish, and the replacement reorder and its lead time come off your programme.

One team carries the scope from inspection to close-out. Every panel is recorded under ITP documentation with time-stamped photographs, accessible to your project team on OneDrive at any time. With 90+ staff working day and night shifts, labour can surge to hold a completion date — whether the defect list covers one elevation or the whole envelope.

The local market

Working in South Yarra

South Yarra centres on Chapel Street and Toorak Road, where premium retail, the Como Centre and a run of high-rise residential towers meet the Forrest Hill precinct beside South Yarra station. Capitol Grand and its neighbours lifted the local skyline well above the surrounding heritage stock over the past decade. The resulting mix of luxury apartments, boutique offices and hotels supports ongoing facade, glazing and premium finishing programmes.

Our Melbourne team also covers Prahran, Toorak, Windsor, Richmond, St Kilda Road and the rest of inner Melbourne.

Questions

What builders ask us

Yes — facade rectification is available across South Yarra and throughout the region. Around 20 per cent of the team is based in Melbourne, so South Yarra packages are resourced locally, with Sydney crews behind them when a programme needs surge labour. We rectify powdercoat, anodised and steel substrates in place, so damaged panels stay on the building rather than joining a reorder queue.

Either. We regularly price facade rectification through formal tenders and RFQs issued by builders and facade companies, and we also take direct enquiries from contract administrators mid-project. Send the scope, drawings or defect list and we will return a priced response with staging and access assumptions for your assessment.

Every panel is inspected and recorded under ITP documentation, with time-stamped photographs of its condition before and after rectification. The full record sits on OneDrive where your team can review it throughout the works — quality evidence ready for handover, and a traceable record if damage was caused by another trade.

Yes. Our 90+ staff work day and night shifts, and labour can be increased at short notice to hold a completion date. For occupied or access-constrained sites in South Yarra we plan the sequence around your site hours, crane and hoist availability, and the trades working alongside us.
