Brisbane CBD & Inner City

One team carries this work from start to finish

A protective coating system is a compliance item before it is a finish. M&M Services Group offers industrial and architectural painting for projects in South Brisbane and inner Brisbane: structural steel coated to the engineering specification and Australian Standards using established coating systems and instruments, alongside interior and exterior architectural painting across drywall, wood, metal and masonry.

The application method is chosen for the substrate and the setting — roll, brush, spray, electrostatic and airless — with workshop spray-booth finishing available for items that need controlled conditions. Coated elements are recorded against the ITP with time-stamped photographs held on OneDrive, and with 90+ staff working day and night shifts, a coatings package in South Brisbane can be programmed around access windows and occupied areas.

The local market

Working in South Brisbane

South Brisbane holds the state's cultural infrastructure — QPAC, the Queensland Museum, QAGOMA and the State Library — alongside South Bank Parklands, the convention centre and dense residential towers along Grey and Merivale Streets. Institutional stone, exposed concrete and high-rise glazing on a riverfront aspect sustain steady facade maintenance and remedial programmes across the precinct.

Queensland coverage extends to West End, Highgate Hill, Woolloongabba, Brisbane CBD, Kangaroo Point and the rest of inner Brisbane, confirmed against your programme before appointment.

Questions

What builders ask us

Yes. Painting and coatings are available for projects in South Brisbane and throughout the region. A Queensland crew supports projects across the state, with eastern-seaboard resourcing behind it — send your programme and location and we will confirm coverage before appointment. Structural steel coatings, architectural painting and equipment resprays sit in one scope, so the whole coatings package is carried by one crew.

Yes. Steel is coated to the engineering specification and Australian Standards, using established coating systems and instruments, so the protective system is reinstated rather than the appearance alone. The system and the specification are confirmed with the project team before application.

Either. We price coatings packages through formal tenders and RFQs issued by builders and facade companies, and we also take direct enquiries from contract administrators mid-project. Send the specification, schedule or defect list and we will return a priced response with staging and access assumptions.

Coated elements are checked against the inspection and test plan and recorded with time-stamped photographs as the work proceeds, held in live project documentation and available to your team on OneDrive at any time.
